Shipping & Delivery

All shipping offers apply only to the Continental USA only. Anyone living in Hawaii, Alaska or outside of the USA must get special quotes. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.


Returns & Replacements

All products with the exception of closeout and overstock items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or exchange. We will refund you the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any shipping costs that we incurred to ship your order (this applies for free shipping items as well), and a 15% restocking fee. We waive restocking fees for exchanges.

Simply email us at to let us know about the return. We will provide you with an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Please re-package your item back into the original packaging with a note stating your Name, Address, phone number and RMA number.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note: we will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

We will do our best to process the return quickly. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only.



Purchase Orders received on-line are normally processed within 24 – 48 hours on weekdays and shipped on the following business day. We also accept orders via Phone. Please call our Toll Free number 1(866) 816-3005 to make an order over the phone. If you prefer to pay via PayPal, please use our Express checkout method after viewing your cart content.


Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Acceptable payment methods are PayPal, Visa, Mastercard or Discovery. For orders over $3,000 we may request payment to be made via Cashier’s check or wire transfer. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order for any reason.

You may view your order by logging in to “My Account” with your e-mail address and password.


Updating Account Information

You can easily update your account information from "My Account" link. Updating your account information ensures your orders are delivered to the correct address and that your credit card payments are processed properly.
